Please note that credit card payments for Elisabetta Marchi are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Rates for a guided tour include a maximum of 3 hours for the half day and 6 hours for the full day (lunch break not included); additional hours can be arranged directly with the tour guide. Prices are in Euros.
All tour guide services include taxes. Gratuities are discretional.
Entrance fees to museums, archeological sites and churches, where necessary, are not included in our rates and need to be paid locally.
We kindly ask you to respect the starting hour scheduled with the guide who will not wait over two hours for your arrival; the minimum fee will be charged, even in the case of a no-show. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the beginning of the requested tour will not be exempt from the payment of the minimum fee.
Please always make sure that you have received from your local guide a written confirmation via e-mail: only in this way is the reservation considered as confirmed.
Payment formalities:
Upon agreement with your tour guide, payment can be processed:
30% deposit via paypal, cash balance on the day of the tour
Credit cards are exclusively accepted as confirmation but not as a form of payment.
